In addition to LocaLoca_ receiving the highest tip ever on MFC (999,999 tokens), last night Myfreecams really dropped the ball with a glitch that revealed the token amounts of ALL the top girls from #1 to #250 and not just for this month, but for all the months starting from 2009! Not only is all this personal data that used to be very private now publicly available, but it brings into question just how secure MFC is with other information.

HERE ARE SOME STATS ON HOW MUCH CAMGIRLS EARN:

Girls who reach #1 on Miss MFC have been making between $100,000-150,000 (yes, dollars) a month, and that number keeps growing as the time goes on.

A Top 20 girl needs to make a minimum of $30,000 that month to hold the spot, and to get into the Top 100, you need to make about $16,000 a month. That is an incredible amount of money to be earning without a degree or many qualifications. This is the ultimate record, as it is the highest amount of tokens you can even physically store on MFC, and therefore tip in a single tip.
I’d wager a guess that it’s also the biggest tip of all time on ANY camsite! Impressive barely covers it! It’s an astounding tip that comes out to

$50,000 USD for Loca.

 

Models receive $0.05 per 1 token tipped, and the member buys tokens at about $0.07-0.08 per token depending on the token package, and I’m sure that in this case, the member was able to buy them at a discount. If we consider the $0.08 to 1 token conversion rate, the member had to pay around $80,000 USD to purchase them, with MFC receiving a hefty “bonus” as well!

It would be very interesting to see a screenshot of Loca’s reaction to the tip!

1 token = $0.05 for the girl
How much the guy pays for the token package will depend on how large it is. The bigger the package (ahem), the cheaper it is.
Generally, the conversion will be approximately:

1 token = $0.08 for the member to buy it

So… 477,600 tokens x 0.05 = $23,880 for the girl in a single tip, which cost about $38k for the guy to purchase. Not bad, eh?

And all it takes is signing up and broadcasting your cam. 😉
